Sending registered mail : new service for French expatriates

UBIDOCA (UBIquity, DOCuments, Assistance) extends its initial invention : the delivery of postal mail via the Internet

March 5th, 2008 - UBIDOCA, the first French company to industrialize the delivery of postal mail via the Internet in 2005, adds a new service to its range : the sending of registered mail. Wherever you are in the world, have your registered mail sent from France thanks to Ubidoca.

How to use this new service ? Write your own registered letter and send it by email or post to the Ubidoca staff. Your mail is printed without modification and sent by registered mail. If you do not know how to write your letter or what are the legal terms to use to maximize your chances (e.g. lease termination, claim with an administration, legal letters), send all the essential information to our legal team who will write your letter. After agreement on the final text, your letter is sent by registered mail.

The point of this new service :

Your registered mail is sent the same day or the next working day at the latest with or without acknowledgement of receipt according to your instructions. The proof of delivery is uploaded in your Customer Space and then sent to you with the rest of your original mail each month (or kept if you have chosen the Mail storage service).

This new service is therefore an ideal complement to the range of services already offered by UBIDOCA. The objective remains the same as for the delivery of postal mail via the Internet : to facilitate the daily life of French expatriates and people on the move by reducing the administrative and logistical constraints linked to their geographical remoteness and by offering them a secure tool, easy to use and available 24 hours a day anywhere in the world.
